AB 006 2020 The Importance of Wearing the Correct PPE
What Happened:
Driver was accessing the truck catwalk area to uncouple his trailer. He was using 3 points of contact correctly, however as he has grabbed the hand rail his hand has slipped off causing him to fall backwards.
