Defect Reporting on POFM Trailers
There have been a number of incidents of faults and defects on POFM trailers not being reported for repair. Failure to report defects have resulted in:-
- Police Stops and fines for Road Worthiness offences
- Injuries to drivers and persons operating them:
- Broken ankle due to a faulty roof.
- Several muscle strain injuries due to faulty roof operations.
