Serious Incident and Accident Reporting
In the event that your driver has a serious incident (road traffic accident, load shift, load loss, incident attracting media attention) or an accident (injury to him/herself; injury to members of the public; injury on a customers site), then please immediately email incident@pofm.com providing as much information as possible, most importantly including the condition of the injured party. In time after the incident the attached document should be completed and sent to incident@pofm.com.
