    7th June 2019

    AB 006 2019 Loss of Load in Transit While on route to a customer delivery point two small pallets of product fell from the top of a trailer and landed on the roadside, spilling onto the carriageway. The incident occurred on a busy roundabout. There were no injuries. Download for full details. read more

    AB 007 2019 Loss of Load in Transit Near Miss While on route to a customer delivery point a pack fell from the trailer and struck a passing vehicle causing severe damage. No injuries sustained to persons. Download the Bulleti for full details. read more

    AB 009 2019 Driver Injuries from Falling Roof Supports Two separate incidents of injuries to shunt drivers from falling roof supports on 09/05/19 and 22/05/19. Both incidents occurred when the drivers were replacing or removing the roof supports as part of the normal trailer preparation procedures. Download the bulletin for full details. read more

  • AB005 Self (un) loading

    22nd March 2019

    Self (un)loading What Happened: Driver was asked to assist and move the product closer to the rear of the trailer, using a pump truck. When moving the product, the driver lost control and the product pinned the drivers arm temporarily against the side of the trailer and the product.. read more
